Cobra pose is also known as Bhujangasana is a back stretches muscles yoga which helps your arms and shoulders.

How you can do this yoga pose!

Lie down on the floor. Your face should lie down on the floor or on your yoga mat and also your plams flat placed beneath your shoulders. Now get ready to push on the floor with your palms and try to push your body off the floor and straighten your arms as much as you feel comfortable, keep your hips, feet and legs planted on your yoga mat. Now your yoga pose looks like a cobra. Hold for 5-6 full breaths then exhale.
