Salmon: – salmon is beneficial food for those who are facing skin problems, such as – psoriasis, dry, aging complexion etc. This food is very much effective for them. Fitness nutritionist claims that salmon diet or the salmon with salad in a meal offer optimum health prevention, which helps you to make younger looking and disease free skin.  We know that Omega-3 fatty acid helps to improve skin related problem and some of the other diseases such as – reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Thus, salmon helps to improve your skin glow and prevent ageing.

Yogurt: Yogurt is one of the healthy food. It is a fermented milk product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. This food is nutritionally rich in high protein, calcium, lactic acid, zinc, some minerals, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. This food is best for all ages, infants and elderly persons.

It has cluster of skin benefits.  This food helps in hydrating the skin, prevent dullness and dryness of skin. You can use this food directly over your face. Keep it for 15-20 minutes and then wash it with fresh water. If you have dry skin you can also use it, then you need to add some honey in it. You can use it for face scrubing. As it is rich in zinc, that helps to reduce acne and or pimples in your skin.
